Nurturing Cubs Academy (NCA) was founded by Ritu Sharma and Gary Hundal, two visionaries with a passion for empowering students with practical skills in the digital age.
Ritu’s love for education began during her own college years, where she discovered her talent for teaching young students and developed a passion for delivering engaging seminars that inspired others to learn and grow. Gary, on the other hand, has always been driven by his fascination with technology.
Having spent 15 years in New Zealand and Australia, Ritu and Gary gained invaluable experience and insights into global standards in education and technology. Upon returning to India, they channeled their passions and expertise into creating NCA, a platform to equip students with industry-relevant digital skills.
Their journey started in their local community in Punjab, a region still catching up in technological advancement compared to other Indian states. With a mission to bridge this gap, NCA has grown steadily, now aspiring to empower students across India with the tools they need to succeed in the digital world.
